Charlie is a sponsored ultra distance runner and helps new and intermediate trail runners who want to improve their ultra running through his coaching programmes.

In his own training Charlie has become UK ULTRArace Champion 2012, completed many running events ranging from 5k to The 268 mile Spine Race with over 50 wins and over 50 other top 10 finishes. Currently he has a 100 mile pb of 13 hours 58 mins. All this since deciding to 'get a bit fitter' when he first tried running in 2010 having never been good at running before.

As a result Charlie's clients gain the skills, knowledge, strength confidence and techniques they need to succeed and take their performance to a whole new level through online and live- in person trainings.
